Senior Sales Executive – KSA

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Prospecting and Business Development:

Identify and target potential clients through market research and lead generation.
Actively prospect and engage with decision-makers to promote freight forwarding services.

2. Sales Presentations:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits of the company’s freight forwarding solutions.
Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of prospective clients.

3. Customer Relationship Building:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand clients’ logistics requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

4. Quotation and Proposal Generation:

Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for freight forwarding services.
Develop comprehensive proposals that address client needs and differentiate the company from competitors.

5. Contract Negotiation:

Negotiate terms and conditions of service contracts with clients.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of agreed-upon terms.

6. Market Intelligence:

Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to adapt strategies accordingly.

7. Sales Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including client interactions, leads, and opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecast.

8. Market Intelligence:

Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to adapt strategies accordingly.

9. Collaboration with Operations:

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales roles within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  4. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  5. Familiarity with logistics and supply chain concepts.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
